Synthesis Manager™ Software
Synthesis Manager is the software that controls and runs the Directed Sorting approach to library synthesis. It also provides a repository for chemical building blocks and reaction procedures. After the selection of the various building blocks and the sequence of reactions is complete, Synthesis Manager enumerates a database, which contains a record for each compound.
It records and assigns a code to each microreactor in the first step and then in subsequent steps directs the
sorting of the microreactors to ensure the proper synthesis of all of the compounds.
Synthesis Manager also tracks the archiving of the compounds into various formats for subsequent biological screening.
Specific columns, rows, or individual wells can be protected or assigned to accommodate the need for standards and controls in virtually any screening format.
Synthesis Manager also helps track the unique tag ID and compound names. It displays the current states of the synthesis reactions and the archival location of cleaved compounds.
In X-Kan Synthesis Manager you get added capability of choosing "Diversity at Cleavage" and "QC Controls". "Diversity at Cleavage" allows for different cleavage conditions within a library due to different linkers or cleavage reaction steps. "QC Controls" are replicate Kans that can be used to rehearse or validate chemical reactions.
